UNIT 1 WHERE IS THIS?

LESSON 5教案

一、     教学目标

1. 语言目标

1) 学习并掌握词汇 puppet, shop, body, arm, birthday, move.

2) 掌握句型It’s fun to…

2. 能力目标

Let students learn some new words and knows how to read some words.

二、学习重、难点

1. 重点：教会学生新的单词，新的句子，学会辨别不同单词的细微的发音不同

2. 难点：句型的讲解以及让学生熟练掌握生词的使用语境等问题。

三、教学内容

Step 1 Warm-up and Review

1. Greeting each other. 

2. Review what have been learned last class by competition.

Step 2 Lead-in  

Lead in the title by asking and answering questions.

T: Where do you buy toys?

S: Toy shops… 

T: Do you like to go to the bookstore?

S: Yes.

T: Now, let us go to the bookstore!

Step 3 Practice 

1. Do phrases translation: go to the bookstore/ take the bus / get off/ get lost/ on the way to …/ look for.

2. Make a dialogue like this?

A: Excuse me? Where is bookstore?

B: It’s over there. /There it is. /Here it is.

A: How can I go there?   

B: Go down this street. Turn left /right at the traffic lights. Then go straight and you can see the bookstore.  

A: Thank you!  

B: You are welcome.

四、家庭作业

1. 抄写单词，每个单词10遍；

2. 大声朗读In the bookstore短文两遍。
