一、教材分析
本单元主要以 How was your school trip?这一话题,让学生围绕“过去发生的事情”学习和运用一般过去时态的一般疑问句 Did you...?及其答语,询问过去的事件,让学生学习讨论和分享过去发生的事情。教学内容与学生的实际生活密切相关,易于激发学生运用简单的英语进行交际和交流的兴趣。在学习活动中,学生通过交换对过去发生的事情的描述和看法,促进学生之间和师生之间的情感交流,增进友谊。
Section A 主要学习内容:以 Carol’s school trip 为主线, 学习一般过去时态和动词的规则与不规则变化,学习一般过去时态
的一般疑问句:Did you...? 二、学生分析
学生在六年级时已接触过一般过去时,因此本课内容对学生来说容易接受。且本课话题围绕“农场之行”展开,对于城镇学生会感兴趣,对于乡村学生觉得很熟悉,所以能够调动他们的学习积极性。
三、教学目标
- 语言知识目标
基本词汇:学生会读写 milk, cow, horse, feed, farmer, quite, anything, grow, farm, pick, excellent,countryside,in the countryside。
基本词组:学生可以使用 go for a walk, milk a cow, ride a horse, feed chickens, talk with a farmer, quite a lot (of…), take photos, in the countryside 来描述农场生活以及个人生活经历。
基本句型:学生理解并使用以下句型:
How was your school trip ? It was great !
Did you go to the zoo ? No, I didn’t. I went to a farm.
Did you see any cows ? Yes, I did. I saw quite a lot.
Did Carol ride a horse ? No, she didn’t. But she milked a cow.
Were the strawberries good ? Yes, they were . No, they weren’t.
- 技能目标: 能运用一般过去时描写过去的事情
- 情感目标: 通过描述过去所做的事,表达自己的看法,使学生在人际交往中学会尊重和理解别人,学会交换看法,学会表达自己的感受,并热爱自然,享受自然,放松自己。
四. 教学重难点
1、熟练拼写和运用:milk, cow, horse,feed ,farmer,quite 等词和短语,并会在句子中正确使用。
2、一般过去时动词的过去时和现在时的转变以及助动词did 后要用动词原形。
3、 对过去的事情进行询问并做简单的描述。五. 教学方法

一、Lead-in
- Greeting and introduce the title.
- Show teaching aims and difficult and important points. 2 Warming-up: Show my picture about trip on the farm.
Who is it? Where am I?
How was my farm trip last weekend? 引出新单词excellent
引出(What do you often do on the farm?)
设计目的:用亲身旅行的快乐,为导入话题“What do you often do on the farm?”作铺垫。
二、Presentation
- Let students discuss “What do you often do on the farm?”. Then I use mind map to conclude their answers.
活动:Students should discuss with their classmates and share them with the other students.
通设计目的:同过讨论并使用一些动词短语的表达,为接下来动词的过去式表达做铺垫。
- Let students see some pictures about other’s trips—What did sb. do on the farm yesterday/last weekend?
活动:Students learn this phases ,change the forms of the verbs mentioned and read after me .
go(went) for a walk ,milk(milked) a cow, ride(rode) a horse, feed(fed) chickens, talk(talked) with a farmer, take(took) photos,
通设计目的:巩固学习重点短语和单词以及动词的过去式形式。3.Task 1a
活 动 :1. Ask students to match the phrases with the pictures.2.Conclude the sentences patterns about the Simple Past Tense.
特殊疑问句:1、Wh-特殊疑问词+was/were predicative? 答语:Sbject+was/were+predicative.
2、Wh-特殊疑问词+did+subject+verb+object? 答语:Sbject+verb(past tense)+object.
一般疑问句:1、Was/were+subject+ predicative? 答语:Sbject+was/were+predicative.
2、Did+subject+verb+object?
答语:Sbject+verb(past tense)+object. 陈述句:
肯定句:Subject + verb(past simple)+Object.
否定句:Subject +didn’t+ verb(base form)+Object.
通设计目的:使学生理解“过去时”这个时间概念,并在实际情景练习中可以将目标动词短语和一般过去时态的肯定句型和否定句型联系起来。通过采用 GAME、pair-work、group-work 等形式将这些句型进行强化练习,巩固使用。
Task 1b、1c
活动:教学一般疑问句型: Did Carol /she /he/it/you...?并练习答语。
Did +subject+ verb(past simple)+ Object? Yes, subject did./ No, subject didn’t.
Did Carol go for a walk/ milk a cow/ talk with a farmer? Yes, she did.
Did Carol ride a horse/feed chickens/ take photos? No, she didn’t.
活动:角色朗读,师生互换角色熟读听力材料。
活动:设置 5 个与Carol 农场之行相关的问题,进一步训练相关核心词汇和表达,同时有的放矢注意动词的过去时态形式。
设计目的:进一步训练学生对目标语的掌握以及听懂课文材料里的内容。
Task 2a,2b
- Let students discuss with their group members about Carol’s trips yesterday and ask three students share with others.
- Listen and check(√)the questions you hear.
- Listen again. Circle T for true or F for false.
通设计目的:学生使用学过的和已知的词汇和句型,在听力训练的时候能有的放矢地去听。
Task2c
活动:打出图片,分组训练Carol 的农场之行的对话,有意识地训练含一般过去时态的特殊疑问句型。What did Carol do? She did...
