March 16th, 6 p.m. Tday is ur last day in La Paz, the capital f Blivia. Tmrrw Max and I are ging t Cric, a twn abut 60 kilmeters frm here. March 17th, 9 a.m. I’ve fund ut mre abut the Nrth Yungas Rad. It’s nly abut 3 meters wide, and in sme parts there’s a drp f at least 600 meters. That’s mre than half a kilmeter! There’s n barrier(栅栏) alng the side f the rad. And there’s ften rain r fg, which makes it even mre dangerus.
I fund ut anther thing. Here in Blivia, they drive n the right side f the rad. But n the Nrth Yungas Rad, they drive n the left. Why? Because this means that the driver n the dangerus side f the rad can see the edge f the rad mre easily. The driver’s seat is n the left side f the bus, s the driver is clse t the edge. Thirteen-year-ld Sean Nichls plays basketball, rides hrses, and cmpetes races. That surprises sme peple because Sean uses a wheelchair.
