难点 定语从句
一、 上一单元我们已经学习了定语从句中的关系代词的基本用法, 本单元我们继续学习
关系副词的用法,关系副词在从句中分别表示时间.地点或原因。关系副词 when在从句中
充当时间状语, where 充当地点状语, why充当原因状语。即 where 在从句中作地点状语,
其先行词是表示 " 地点 " 的词。本单元主要学习 where 的用法
二、 where 在定语从句中的作用: where 在定语从句中做地点状语,它的先行词必须是
表示地点的名词。如:
I like places where the weather is always warm.
