【教学过程】
Step 1: Pre-reading
Sng:
Tick-tck time(Ss watch the vide and try t fllw it.)
2. Riddle:
A riddle(谜语) It has a face(脸) It has tw hands(手). It ges “tick-tck, tick-tck”. Tick-tck all the time. What is it?
Present “a clck/ watch”
3. T: What can we knw frm the clck/watch?
Ss: Time. What time is it nw? (Pint at the clck n the PPT.)
Ss: It's seven ’clck.
4.Say ut the time ludly.PPT shws the different time quickly.
Ss lk and try t say it as quickly as they can. Present the dialgue: What time is it? It’s…’clck.
Step 2: While-reading
1. Listen and find. Ss listen t the stry and find the time mentined.
2. Watch and answer. What d Mum and Miss Li let him d? And what d they say? Present “It’s time fr breakfast/ dinner/bed/class.” “breakfast/ dinner/bed/class.” (Ss fllw t say,guess the meaning thrugh the pictures.)
3. Lk, read and find. T: What time des Liu Ta d these things? Let’s lk at the pictures and read.
Learn the pictures ne by ne. T leads Ss t learn Pictures 1and 2. Present “Wake up.” “Hurry up”.
4. Ss learn Pictures 3and 4, try t guess what they say.
5. Lk and mactch: What time des Liu Ta d these things? 刘涛是什么时间做这些事情的呢?
6. Listen and read the stry. Fllw the tape t read---Read tgether---Read in grups---Chse their picture and act with partners.
Step 3:After-reading
1. Chse a title fr the stry: A. What time? B. Liu Ta’s day
2. Try t retell the stry.
3. Ss try t intrduce their wn days like “Liu Ta’s day”.
4. In grups, Ss read the picture bk and cmplete the stry.
Step 4: Hmewrk
