人教版新目标英语八年级下册第七单元书面表达攻略
Unit 7 What’s the highest mountain in the world .
英语里的书面表达，顾名思义，就是根据内容提示，围绕话题和中心，用语言来“达意”。它本身并不困难，但要顺利的完成必须要经历“读懂题意——分析后确定人称和时态——写出关键词——连词成句——检查、完善”这样一个过程，很多同学在第一步或者第二步就“卡”住了，以至于后面就无法进行了。有的同学好不容易进入第三步了，可是由于平时的基础弱，单词不会写，短语不会用，所以又“无从下笔”了。在第四步的时候，由于对句子结构、语法等不太熟悉，导致写的句子不成句子，或者不能“达意”。偶有进入最后一关的，由于平时积累的句子比较少，不会使用关联词和优美的句子，也使得文章空空动动，没有亮色。为了解决大家的实际问题，今天，我就来给大家讲一讲八年级下册英语书面表达如何突破。
以人教版英语八年级下册第七单元为例，这个单元的标题是:Unit 7 What’s the highest mountain in the world .中文意思是:“世界上最高的山是哪座山？”。书面表达，是要围绕一定话题进行的，而这个“话题”，一般都会在标题中折射出来。从标题以及这个单元的教学内容可以看出，本单元的写作要体现形容词、副词的最高级这个语法。

我们以书上56页的3b写作训练为例，谈一谈怎么进行这个单元的书面表达。根据书上的要求，写一段关于“鲸” 的文章，阐明为什么它们需要被保护，结合前面3a的信息。

我们先把3a和的3b给出的信息罗列出来

What do they look like ?
Where do they live ?
What do they eat ?
What can they do ?
Why do some of them have to be protected ?
How can we protect them ?

Whales are...They live in ... They eat... They can...One interesting fact is... Another interesting fact is ... Some kinds of whales are in danger because...We should protect whales from... I think people should \ shouldn’t...

为了完成这篇书面表达，我们先积累素材。在本单元的第一页、第二页，我们要积累这样一些句子，例如：

1、Qomulangma is the higher than any other mountain in the world.（珠穆朗玛峰比世界上任何山峰都高。）

2、The Sahara is the biggest desert in the world.（撒哈拉沙漠是世界上最大的沙漠。）

3、The Caspian Sea the deepest of all the salt lakes.（里海是世界上最深的咸水湖。）

4、The Nile is the longest river in the world.（尼罗河是世界上最长的河。）

5、China has the biggest population in the world. It’s a lot bigger than the population of the US.（中国拥有世界上最多的人口。它比美国的人口多得多。）

6、China is almost as big as the US , and it is the biggest country in Asia.（中国的人口几乎和美国一样多，并且它是亚洲最大的国家。）

7、As far as I know , there are no other man-made objects as big as this.（据我所知，还没有别的人造物体有这个这么大。）

在本单元第三页的Reading部分，也有一些用于书面表达的句子，可以为书面表达“锦上添花”，它们是:

1、One of the world’s most dangerous sports is mountain climbing.（世界上最危险的运动之一就是爬山。）

2、It is also very hard to take in air as you get near the top.（当你接近顶部的时候很难吸入空气。）

3、The spirit of these climbers shows us that we should never give up trying to achieve our dreams.（这些登山者的精神告诉我们绝不要放弃实现我们的梦想。）

另外，在Section B部分的长文章(Reading)中也有一些书面表达会用到的句子，可以积累一下。

1、In fact , many people love these black and white animals.

2、Pandas become so popular that they are now a symbol of China.

3、They send people to schools to tell children about the importance of saving these animals.

4、And the Chinese government is trying hard to help the pandas.

5、We all hope that in the future there will be a lot more pandas.

有了这些前期准备工作以后，我们就可以进行刚才那篇书面表达了。
解题思路:
第一步，根据提示，填写表格。

What do they look like ?	Huge, some kinds have teeth
Where do they live ?	Live in the sea
What do they eat ?	Eat small fish and other sea life
What can they do ?	Jump high out of the water, sing songs
Why do some of them have to be protected ?	Humans catch them for meat , fat and oil; Water pollution; Whale parts sold to make things like candles and soup
How can we protect them ?	Learn more about whales; Stop putting rubbish into the sea

第二步，根据提示，连成句子。

Whales arehuge.And some of them have teeth.They live in the sea. They eat small fish and other sea life. They can jump high out of the water and sing songs. One interesting fact is that humans catch them for meat , fat and oil. Another interesting fact is that whale parts are sold to make things like candles and soup.Some kinds of whales are in danger because of water pollution. We should protect whales from learning more about whales and stopping putting rubbish into the sea. I think people should protect the whales.
