探究一: 知识链接
描述性形容词的用法: 描述性形容词常常用来说明人或事物的特征或特点, 通常在句中作定语、表语、宾语补足语等。
1. 可放在它所修饰的名词之前。
如：smart elephants 聪明的大象 scary tigers 凶猛的老虎
stupid dgs愚蠢的狗 ugly lins丑陋的狮子
2. 位于系动词（be, lk, sund, taste等）之后，构成系表结构。
Mnkeys are kind f cute. 老虎有一点可爱。
3. 修饰不定代词时要后置。
There is smething new in tday’s newspaper. 今天的报纸上没有什么新消息。

friendly adj．友好的
friendly是由名词friend(朋友)加后缀－ly变化而来。
常用搭配有：be friendly t sb.对某人友好；
be friendly with sb.和某人关系好，与某人要好。如：
Lily is friendly t everybdy. 莉莉对每个人都友好。
Tm is friendly with Sam. 汤姆与萨姆要好。
【注意】friendly虽然以－ly结尾，但它是形容词，而不是副词。
类似的形容词还有： lve＋－ly→lvely 可爱的
week＋－ly→weekly 每周的
