一、教学目标(Teaching aims)
(一)知识目标(Knowledge aims)
1. 能听懂、会说、认读并规范书写单词:holiday, difficult, place.
2. 能听懂、会说、认读单词和词组:Beijing Opera, a little, went, enjoy, go to, go back to, in the sea, have a look, have a good time, take picture, in the holidays, visit one’s friend.
3. 能听懂、会说、认读并运用句型:“What did you do in the holiday?” “I learned Beijing Opera.” “Did you learn it in an art school?” “Yes, I did. I had a good time. ”
(二)能力目标(Ability aims)
1. 学会运用所学句型讨论彼此假期生活。
2. 学会用英语向他人介绍在假期都学到哪些内容。
(三)情感目标(Affective aims)
培养学生热爱生活,乐于与他人交流的品质。
二、教学重难点(Teaching points and difficulties)
(一)重点(Points)
1. 能听懂、会说、认读并运用词组:Beijing Opera, have a good time, take picture, in the holidays, visit one’s friend.
2. 能听懂、会说、认读并运用句型: “What did you do in the holiday?” “I learned Beijing Opera.” “Did you learn it in an art school?” “Yes, I did. I had a good time. ”
(二)难点(Difficulties)
- 能听懂、会说、认读并运用句型: “What did you do in the holiday?” “I learned Beijing Opera.” “Did you learn it in an art school?” “Yes, I did. I had a good time. ”
- 学生容易忘记将答语中的动词变成过去式。
三、教学准备(Teaching preparation)
1. 教师准备:教学课件,教学录音、教学动画、人物头像和词组卡片。(可从优教通下载)
2. 学生准备:图片卡片或假期旅游图片。
四、教学过程
Step 1: Warm-up
新学期第一节课开始,教师先给学生讲解自己寒假都做过哪几件有意义地事情,并用教学课件展示出来。调动学生求知欲,活跃课堂气氛,让他们及早进入学习状态。
Step 2: Presentation
- 在与学生讨论寒假都具体做什么的过程中,出示Wang Hong、Li Ming和Peter的图片。Look, our friends Wang Hong, Li Ming and Peter are back to our school now. What are they talking about? 教师播放教学课件,让学生初步整体感知所学内容,并引导学生一起说出:“They are talking about holidays.”。
- 教师说出:“What did they do in the holidays? Do you want to know?”, Let’s ask together:“What did you do in the holidays?”。教学课件出示这个句型,并重点讲解。
- 教师教学课件点击Li Ming头像并询问学生:“What did Li Ming do in the holidays?”,引导学生用“I learned Beijing Opera.”来回答。并告诉学生京剧是中国的国粹,许多外国小朋友都特别喜欢。教师接着给学生播放一段京剧视频,增加学生对京剧的了解和学习。并询问学生:“Do you like it? Does Li Ming like it?”, “Yes, it is fun. But a little difficult.” 出示单词卡片a little 和difficult. 对比反义词来记忆easy—difficult. 用几个句型来强化学生对difficult单词的学习。
- 大家知道李明假期学习京剧,那么王红呢?教师教学课件展示王红头像,并引导学生从课文中找出答案:“I went to Hainan.”并告诉学生went是go的过去式。教师出示海南风景图片,并询问学生:“Is it beautiful?”,引导学生回答:“Yes, it is beautiful.”。
- 教师说:“让我们一起来探究下Peter是怎么回答的呢?”Peter:“Oh, it’s a beautiful place. Did you swim in the sea?” 教师重点讲解句型Did you引导的一般疑问句和特殊疑问词加过去分词两者句型有何异同之处。并做专题强化训练学习。
- 最后教师课件展示Peter图像,并播放录音。让学生听录音回答Peter假期都具体做些什么。教师出示词组卡片visit my friends, take pictures. 并告诉学生visit的过去式visited, take的过去式是took. 让学生重点掌握。并组织学生进行多种形式的问答操练。
Step 3: Practice
- 教学课件出示课文图片,可适当补充常做事情的图片,例如:参加寒假夏令营,和朋友看电影,打扫卫生,拜访亲戚等。
2. 请学生阅读教材Let’s talk部分的课文,教师播放课文录音,学生模仿跟读后,请两名学生表演。最后全班分组操练此部分内容(可根据不同图片进行回答)。
例如:—What did you do in the holidays?
—I learned Beijing Opera/I visited my friends.
—Did you learn it in an art school?
—Yes, I did. I had a good time.
3. 小组活动,让学生两人一组,各扮演其中一个角色,教师可以走入学生中间,了解学生的掌握程度,并给予适当指导。
Step 4: Consolidation
完成Let’s do 部分,此活动是小组调查活动。
(1)可采用击鼓传花游戏来完成小组调查活动。游戏规则如下:花传到谁的手里,大家集体问:“What did you do in the holiday?”教师并鼓励其他学生问:“Did you...”
(2)全班分成四组学生,针对每组学生的不同回答做一个调查问卷,如课文图片所示:OUR WINTER HOLIDAYS. 并把相应图片粘贴上去。教师最后评选出最佳展示奖和最佳学习奖。
Step 5: Summary
师生一起总结本课所学的词汇和句型,并强调答语中要使用动词过去式。鼓励学生提出问题。教师点评学生的表现。
Step 6: Homework
1. 登陆优教同步学习网,观看课文学习动画,按照正确的语音、语调朗读课文对话。
2. 制作一张My winter holidays卡片,仿照Let’s do部分,把自己假期具体事件图片给粘贴上去。
3. 登陆“优教同步学习网” 点击“同步学习” 预习Lesson2课文。
