概念:动词在句中不充当谓语.形式:非谓语动词除了不能独立作谓语外,可以承担句子的其他成分。
分词(现在分词和过去分词)
动词不定式动词不定式由“t+动词原形”构成,有时可以不带t。动词不定式没有人称和数的变化。动词不定式具有名词、形容词和副词的特征,可以在句中作主语、表语、宾语、宾语补足语、定语和状语。其否定形式为“nt+动词不定式”。

e.g. T learn English well is difficult.动词不定式作主语时,为了保持句子平衡,常用it代替它作形式主语,而将真正的主语——动词不定式后置,上面的例句常写为:It’s difficult t learn English well.
形式主语代替动词不定式的常用句型为:It’s + adj. + (f / fr sb.) t d sth.或It’s +n. +(fr sb.) t d sth.It takes sb. time t d It’s very nice f yu t ffer me a seat. It’s very dangerus fr children t crss the busy street. It was great fun t have a picnic there. It tk me half an hur t finish the hmewrk last night.

常用动词不定式作宾语的动词有:want,hpe, like,begin,refuse,try,need,frget,learn,plan,decide,ask,agree,chse,remember,ffer,fail,start,prefer...

注意:1.在find, think等后跟动词不定式作宾语时,常用it作形式宾语,而将真正的宾语——动词不定式后置。e.g. I find it hard t get alng with him.I find it necessary t talk t him again.

2.help 后接不定式作宾语可带t,也可省略t.

一些动词后常跟动词不定式作宾语补足语,这类动词有:
v. + sb. +(nt ) t d sth.
2.使役动词(如make, let等)及感官动词(如see, feel, hear, watch, ntice等)后跟动词不定式作宾语补足语时需省略t。 e.g. I saw the by cme acrss the street. We ften hear her sing sngs in the park. My parents dn't let me swim in the river. She always tells me jkes and makes me laugh. I made him d his wrk.

主语是不定式(表示条件)表语是不定式(表示结果)

动词不定式作状语往往表示原因、目的、结果等。1.放在句首也可以放在句尾表示目的等。2.跟在作表语的形容词后面。He gt up early t catch the early bus. (表示目的)They were t excited t say a wrd. (表示结果)I'm very glad t be here. (表示原因)

(1).不定式中的动词上文已出现过,下文要 省略该动词.
eg: Wuld yu like t g with me ? I’d like t .
(2). 不定式是t be 结构, be 不可省.
eg: Wuld yu like t be a teacher? I’d like t be.
不定式与疑问词wh,which, when, hw, what 等连用,在句中起名词作用,可充当主语、表语、宾语等。

在与why连用时,只用于why或why nt开头的简短疑问句中,后面紧跟的动词不定式不带t。 Why nt have a rest?

用作主语(动名词做主语谓语动词用单数)
直接位于句首做主语Eg:在夏天,游泳是我最喜欢的运动。Eg:爬山真有趣。 用it做形式主语,真正主语置于句尾做后置主语。 it is n use/n gd+ding(做…是没有用处的) it is a waste f time+ding(做…是浪费时间) it is hard+ding(做…很艰难) it is fun +ding(做…很有趣)

动名词:名词性质,即动词后加ing,就使之变成了一个名词来用;

◆既可以接动名词也可以接动词不定式的搭配

try ding sth. 尝试做某事try t d sth. 设法或努力去做某事
frget ding sth. 忘了做过某事(已做)frget t d sth. 忘了要去做某事(未做)
need ding sth. 需要做某事(被动含义)need t d sth. 需要去做某事(主动含义)
可以接t d和ding,意义不同
