I vlunteer with Meals n Wheels every Friday. A week ag, I had the pleasure f helping ne f my custmers. She is in her eighties and is very weak and I always bring her lunch n Fridays. I vlunteer with Meals n Wheels every Friday. A week ag, I had the pleasure f helping ne f my custmers. She is in her eighties and is very weak and I always bring her lunch n Fridays. She lked wrried when she pened the dr that day. She tld me her phne was brken and that she culdn’t receive the call frm her dctr. She went t her neighbrs, but they were nt at hme. She thught maybe the mailman culd help her, but he didn’t cme. She was disappinted.

I called the phne cmpany immediately and made sure they knew that getting this phne fixed was urgent(紧急的). I tk dwn her phne number and her name just t make sure I culd call her later t make sure that the phne had been fixed.
