Step 1: Warm up
1. Greeting.
2. Review the past tense.
Step 2: Presentation
1. Ask the Ss : Where did you go at the weekend?
What did you do?
How did you go?
Let some Ss answer it in English.
2. Then tell the Ss Lingling went to London and she visited lots of places. Do you want to know where did she go? Please listen to the reading pen carefully and answer the follow questions:
(1) What did she do at the weekend?
(2) Where did she go?
(3) How did she go to these places?
3. Work in pairs. Then let some Ss answer it.
4. Listen again and check the answer and circle the new words. And use the word cards teach the new words.
5. Let the Ss listen carefully and read after it.
Step 3: Prctice
1. Let the Ss read the text by themselves.
2. Role play: Let some Ss act the text out.

2. Let the Ss listen to the Activity1 and lead them to know: This is Lingling introduce the photos to Jhon.
3. Listen again and let them read after it. Then let them read Activity1 by themselves or in pairs.
4. Tell the Ss Daming went to the Great Wall withhis father. Please listen to the reading pen carefully and answer the follow questions:
(1) Who went to the Great Wall?
(2) How did they go there?
(3) When did they arrive?
(4) What did Daming do?
5. Work in pairs. Then let some Ss answer it.
6. Listen again and check the answer and circl the new words. And use the word cards teach the new words.
7. Let the Ss listen carefully and read after it
