How can individuals protect or make it more difficult for hackers to access their information? Here are several tips that can help you protect against cyber-attacks:Make your password harder to hack.Hard passwords include upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters.        (1)    They should also not spell out words easy for hackers to find, like your pets name or the name of a family member.Change your password regularly.A very common mistake made by users is to create one hard password, but then never change it. Remembering a long list of complicated passwords can be difficult. But no password is unbreakable.     (2)    A password management service, like Dashlane or PasswordBox, can help you keep track of hard passwords. These services permit users to easily store and secure their passwords. Clear your browser (浏览器) history.This goes for all the devices you use in a day your home computer, your work computer, or your friends iPad. Internet browsers like Firefox or Chrome keep track of where youve been and what you've done online.    (3)    . Information about what you sent from or saved on your computer can be kept for days or weeks. It is very easy for anyone who sees that information to steal a detailed record of your online activities.    (4)    An increasing number of public places now offer free wireless access to the Internet. For example, instead of beginning with I saw your advertisement in todays newspaper you might say I have made a careful study of your advertising during the past six months or I have made a survey in my neighborhood to find out how many housewives use your product and why they like it.    (3)    Be clear about the kind of job for which you are now applying. College graduates looking for their first positions often ask what they can provide in a letter and what if employers warn experience, which, naturally, no beginner has.    (4)    It is important to write a good strong closing for your letter. Make a specific request for an interview or give the possible employer something definite to do or expect.    (5)    That makes it easier for a possible employer to get in touch in you. A. Here are a few suggestions for you to prepare yourself better for your interview.B. An excellent idea is to enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope with your letter.C. The answer is that everything you have ever done is experience.D. Dont be afraid of being a new hand.E. Try to avoid writing in general.F The purpose of a letter of application is to help you to sell yourself.G. The opening paragraph is perhaps the most import.  3.Some people are naturally better than others in working the social scene.There are those that seem to be gifted in putting others at ease and letting the conversation flow naturally.There are the lucky few that draw people to them without any effort.    (1)    Put yourself at ease and remember these tips:Smile!A smile is understood in any culture and any age as a sign of friendship.So go ahead!It will put the other person at ease.You will seem approachable and happy.    (2)    Make eye contact.Good eye contact engages the other person to you.When you are introduced to someone, shake their hands in a firm grip and repeat their names.    (3)    Making eye contact shows you have confidence and shows you are interested in the other person.    (4)    Having a trusted friend next to you makes it less frightening to walk into a room full of people.It's the same idea behind why girls need to go to the bathroom in groups.There is safety in numbers! But remember that even if you walk in as a pair,it doesn't mean you just stick together the whole time.The point in a social gathering is you make friends with other people.Go to social settings with a shared interest.For example joining an art class automatically puts you in a setting with other people you already have a common interest in.    (5)    No matter what the setting,there's no need to be shy around other people.Strangers are friends you just don't know yet! A.Go with friends.B.Ask the other person questions.C.That will help you remember their names.D.This is the worst impression to make in any setting.E.It will let the other person know that you are safe to talk to.F.But for most of us,we feel shy and awkward in social settings.G.You now have something to talk about and work it from there.  4.We eat in our cars, at our desks, on the go, and in front of die TV. We eat take-out, packaged and prepared meals. Why Because it fits our not-enough-time-in-the-day lifestyles.    (1)    Well, Im certainly not the first one to think it-or say it-but we all need to slow down.Consumer trends around the globe show that over the past three decades people are purchasing more prepared foods at grocery and eating out more than ever before. Its predicted that well spend more at restaurants in the coming years.    (2)    However, were getting less healthy.While debates can be seen in different media over die food industrys contribution to our growing waistlines and our health problems, the bottom line is this:     (3)    We can choose to eat a fastfood lunch on the go. We can throw a frozen meal in the microwave and call it dinner. We can eat without thinking, in front of the tube, at our computers, and while driving a car.    (4)    . Studies have shown meaningful links between family meals and kids mental and physica I well being. Eating sensibly doesnt take much time or money, but it does require you to make a conscious decision to do so. Wrapped in endless work, appointments and social activities, we often fail to enjoy a relaxing meal with our families.While it can be a challenge to always put healthy eating first, just do your best. Remember that die food you eat has a more significant intact on your health, weight and well-being than almost any other activity you do.     (5)    Every meal made at homeeven just once or twice a weekis a step closer to a healthier body and a slower food lifestyle. A. Lunch is the biggest calorie intake when it comes to eating out.B. Treat it with the importance that it deserve, but start small.C. Our food matches our lives.D. Purchase food locally and skip as many packaged items as you can.E. What we eat, where we eat and bow we eat are all under our control.F. Were consuming an increasing number of calories.G. We can devote an hour of the day to enjoying a meal with our families.  5.Eyes can speakMuch meaning can be conveyed clearly with our eyes, so it is often said that eyes can speak.    (1)    In a bus you may look at a stranger, but not for too long.
