    Thank yu very much. Thank yu, Dctr Jhnsn. Well, it is really great t be back at university again.
    The thing that I wanted t tell yu tday is this: Educatin is imprtant. When I came t the US, I was nly thinking abut being a carpenter. But I culd nt read the newspaper, and I culd nt understand the news n televisin, r mvies, r anything like this. S I entered the city cllege t take English classes fr freign students. I was very prud that I was ging t a cllege. Because n ne in my family ever went t any cllege r t any university. Yu knw, when yu’re fifteen years ld in my cuntry, yu finish schl and then yu learn a trade. And that’s exactly what I did. When I was fifteen years ld, I learned hw t be a carpenter. A year later, I came t America. Luckily, I met a very gd teacher wh encuraged me t take sme math classes, business classes, and histry classes. And I became a full-time cllege student. And tday when I lk back, I’m s happy because yu never knw where life will take yu. All f a sudden, I started making mney because I was really gd at math.
