A great number f ffice wrkers and students suffer back-related pain and discmfrt in the shulders, upper middle back and neck. Discmfrt in these parts f yur back is cnsistent with upper back pain.
In mst situatins bad psture is respnsible. This is ften because we spend lng perids f time sitting r standing in the same psitin, generally in ur place f wrk r study. By maintaining the same psture all the time, the muscles in the upper back which cnnect the shulders and help t keep ur back straight becme tense, stiff and painful. Other causes f upper back pain include ver enthusiastic physical exercise and, mst cmmnly, heavy lifting which is carried ut incrrectly, i.e. withut bending the knees; keeping the back straight, ect..

Scientists frm the University f Sheffield and Queen’s University Belfast have made a unique research which will help us understand ne f the mst puzzling features f the Sun. This research has helped explain why the utside atmsphere f the Sun is actually htter than the inner.
The surface f the Sun, knwn as the phtsphere(光球), reaches a temperature f 5,000 degrees; hwever, the uter atmsphere, knwn as the crna(日冕), can reach a temperature f ver a millin degrees.

The scientists used data frm the Swedish Slar Telescpe t detect fr the first time these waves in the Sun’s lwer atmsphere. This telescpe is the largest and mst pwerful slar telescpe in Eurpe and is able t prduce sme f the sharpest images currently available.
Prfessr Rbert frm the University f Sheffield said, "These waves, nce detected, can be used t determine the physical cnditins in the invisible regins f the Sun and ther stars."
Dr. Daivd Jess, lead researcher n the prject frm Queen’s University Belfast, said, "Often, waves can be visualized(想象) by the rippling f water when a stne is drpped int a pnd.
