    Cmmunity leaders met with Rsen in 1993 t discuss a pssible slutin t these grwing issues in Tangel Park. In just an hur, with mney guaranteed by Rsen, the leaders came up with the idea f develping the Tangel Park Prgram (TPP). The prgram ffers free preschl fr every Tangel Park 2-t-4-year-ld. As well, TPP gives free cllege tuitin and living expenses fr every Tangel Park high schl graduate wh is accepted t a cllege.
    In the 29 years that TPP has been active, the Tangel Park cmmunity has experienced exceptinal imprvement.
