    Last night ne f my Chinese friends tk me t a cncert f Chinese flk music. The piece which was played n the erhu especially mved me. The music was strangely beautiful, but under the beauty I sensed a strng sadness and pain.① The piece had a simple name, Erquan Yingyue (Mn Reflected n Secnd Spring), but it was ne f the mst mving pieces f music that I’ve ever heard.
