Our schl wned a bat named Jlie Brise. It was ne f the mst famus tall ships in the wrld and three times winner f the Fastnet Race. The bat was unusual: especially fr a remte grammar schl in Wiltshire, abut as far away frm the sea as it can get in England. Obviusly, such a site didn't match its fame.
Mr. Parish had riginally intended t jin the Ryal Navy but ended up as a teacher at ur schl. Sme pupils guessed that he still felt the call f the cean---perhaps because his lessns were almst entirely devted t navigatin（航海）. They argued that it was deeply unfair t learn abut navigatin but never actually g t sea. White's Seahrse, als knwn as the Sydney Seahrse, is a species f fish that is native t the east cast f Australia.
