    I didn’t expect t find ut, thugh, at last nt fr decades. I have always been healthy and strng; I regularly d ht yga and swim tw kilmeters in a bay near my hme in Sydney.
    But nw I knw: it felt as if I was carrying a baby. Tumrs (肿瘤) that silently grew inside me suddenly became bigger ne weekend.
    Then, ne Saturday in June, I was struck with sharp pain and ended up in the hspital.

    Everyne suddenly seems cnsumed with flish wrries. I have a different idea abut the cmplaints psted by sme Internet users wh had the flu, were upset by the upcming exams r burdened by wrk. Perfrmers wear dwn jackets and play ice instruments. In fact, almst everything frm drums and guitars t hrns and harps at the music festival is carved frm ice even the stage the musicians play n. The audience sits n ice chairs and benches and claps their hands t listen, bth t praise the perfrmers and t keep themselves warm when the air flws thrugh.
    The musical instruments used were almst entirely made by an American ice artist, Tim Linhart. Since he created his first musical instrument ut f ice mre than a decade ag, he has already carved varius ice instruments, including vilins, vilas, timber drum sets, xylphne, duble bass, mandlin and cell. He als created his wn large wind instrument, which uses the vibratin f an ice tube t prduce sund when the air flws thrugh.
    Linhart makes the different parts f the ice instrument and then uses a liquid mixed with snw t glue them tgether, with a metal supprt placed where the strings need t be. A vilin can usually be made in tw r three weeks, while larger instruments can take mre time and effrts, smetimes taking mnths t make.
    An ice instrument has a clearer sund than a wden instrument. Hwever, ice instruments are mre easily brken r damaged than rdinary instruments. The temperature in the ice theater changes depending n the number f peple in the audience. This als changes the temperature f the ice instruments, which in turn affects the 1 sund they prduce. Musicians need t tune their instruments frequently during perfrmances.
    Althugh playing an ice instrument is nt easy, Linhart believes that ice and snw are gd materials fr making instruments. The nly dwnside is melting when the temperature is abve freezing.

    The study, published in the British Jurnal f Nutritin, shwed the benefits f healthy eating—namely anti-inflammatry diets high in fruit and vegetables—extended beynd physical health, and that families can eat their way t gd mental health.
