1. What kind f ndles wuld yu like? kind 在此句中作“种类”讲,a kind f “一种”,all kinds f “各种各样的”。 kind f “有几分” e.g. A cat is a kind f animal. 猫是一种动物。 The cat is kind f smart. 这只猫有几分机灵。

2. May I take yur rder?/Can I help yu?1) 这都是服务用语,可根据不同的服务场合 翻译成不同的意思。如:在餐馆, 都可以用, 翻译成:“你想吃点什么?”, 在商店,用后者,则是“你想买点什么?”2) 类似的服务用语还有What can I d fr yu? 此句的本义为: “我能为你做点什么?” 它与Can I help yu?是同义句。
3. What size wuld yu like? 你要多大的? size n. (尺寸、体积、规模、身材等的)大小; (数量的)多少;(衣服、鞋帽的)尺码 e.g. take the size f a bx 量箱子的尺寸 huses f all sizes 大大小小的房子 bys f all the same size 一样个头的男孩子们 What size f shes d yu want? 你要多大号码的鞋子?
sme和any 既可以修饰可数名词又可以修饰不可数名词, sme常用在肯定句中,而any则常用在否定和疑问句中。所以, sme 和 any 的区别在于: sme和any 的用法主要是考虑用在肯定句、疑问句还是否定句中,与名词的可数与否无关。
4. sme和any的用法
sme的用法: sme意为“一些”,可作形容词和代词。它常修饰可数名词复数。e.g. sme bks 一些书, sme bys 一些男孩, 也可修饰不可数名词: sme water 一些水 sme tea 一些茶叶
sme 常用在肯定句中。
any的用法: any意为“任何一些”,它也可修饰可数名词复数或不可数名词,常用于疑问句和否定句。e.g. I can’t see any tea. 我没看见茶叶。 D yu have any friends at schl? 你在学校有一些朋友吗?
但在表示建议,反问,请求的疑问句中,或期望得到肯定回答时,多用sme而不用any。e.g. Wuld yu like sme cffee? 你要不要来点咖啡? Hw abut sme fruit juice? 来点水果汁如何?
当any表示“任何”的意义,起强调作用时,它可以用在肯定句中;e.g. Any student can answer this questin. 任何学生都可以回答这个问题。
