It is a camel with eight people sitting, singing and dancing on top of it. This 1300-year-old cultural relic is a Sancai pottery figurine of the Tang Dynasty (618—907).Tang Sancai is a low-melting glazed pottery that flourished(盛行) in the Tang Dynasty. During the production, different metallic oxides were added to the coloured glazes. So, after firing, the pottery would reveal intermingled colours, mainly yellow, green and white, hence its name “Sancai(three-colour)”.This rare art treasure is full of artistic attraction and imagination. It is collected in the Shaanxi History Museum.
