1．称呼

无职衔的男子：Mr.Wang/Zhang

已婚女子：Mrs Wang/Zha

还有一些表示感情色彩的词。如：Dear Dr.Smith/Dear madam/Dear sir

2．正文

正文要从称谓的下一行写起，可以和称谓齐头写，也可以向内缩五个字母写。正文就是要具体地写你想表达的内容，要注意表达清楚、简练，让收信人很容易得知你要表达的内容。
