Sea ice arund Antarctica reached a recrd lw fr the secnd straight year this mnth，scientists frm the Natinal Snw and Ice Data Cent er annunced. "Antarctic sea ice has likely reached its minimum extent fr the year，at 691，000 square miles n February 21，2023，" the data center said.
