Sme strategies, such as exercising and managing weight, are well knwn.(多达80%的过早的心脏病是可以通过选择特定的生活方式来预防的。 和后文““A small change in yur everyday rutine can ptentially have a big impact in the 1ng run,” says preventive cardilgist (心脏病学家) Dr. Beth Abramsn, a spkespersn fr the Heart and Strke Fundatin f Canada.(加拿大心脏和中风基金会发言人、预防心脏病专家贝丝·艾布拉姆森博士说:“从长远来看,日常生活中的一个小改变可能会产生巨大的影响。”)” G“But thers may nt have crssed yur mind.(但你可能没想过其它的。)”
根据前文“If we’re shrt f sleep, ur bdies als have mre difficulty cntrlling bld pressure, inflammatin (炎症) and bld sugar levels. A“These factrs can all have an impact n heart and bld health. 故选A。

根据后文“A recent study in the Jurnal f the American Cllege f Cardilgy fund that healthy peple wh skipped breakfast were almst three times mre likely t have heart disease six years later than thse wh had a substantial mrning meal. One pssible reasn: 'If yu’re eating a prper breakfast, yu’re less likely t be hungry later and make pr fd chices,' says Abramsn.
根据前文“We need t eat a balanced diet as part f a healthy lifestyle. 所以选择项D“Chse whle-grain, lw-fat breakfast fds and include fruit.
