②根据下文“But even if yu live in an urban area, spend time in yur yard r find a park r a green space with trees and bushes.( 但即使你住在城市地区,花时间在你的院子里,或找一个公园或有树木和灌木的绿地)”可知,此处应指与城市对应的地方,那就是乡下。 故选A。
由上文“G utside during yur lunch hur if yu can t get a “breath f fresh air” and give yur mind a break.
④根据上文“We all knw the lng list f physical, mental, and emtinal benefits f exercise. Exercise imprves attentin in the yung and cgnitive functining in the ld. It reduces stress and acts as an antidepressant.( 我们都知道锻炼对身体、心理和情感有很多好处。
根据下文“A series f studies shwed that walking in frests, as ppsed t urban envirnments, lwered bld pressure and stress hrmnes well beynd the time f the walk.( 一系列的研究表明,与城市环境相反,在森林中散步,降低血压和压力荷尔蒙的时间远远超过散步的时间)”主要讲述到室外锻炼比在室内锻炼要好。
