    Eating a traditinal Mediterranean-type diet — rich in fds such as seafd, fruit, and nuts — may help reduce the risk f dementia (痴呆) by almst a quarter, a new study has revealed. Experts at Newcastle University fund that individuals wh ate a Mediterranean-like diet had up t 23% lwer risk fr dementia than thse wh did nt.
