    The tpic f this language lessn is t Describe yur favrite things. This lessn shws the use f attributive clauses with cnnectives as relative adverbs when, where, why, and prepsitins plus relative prnuns in/at which. Based n the preliminary understanding f the meaning f attributive clauses in the last unit and the learning f attributive clauses in which cnnectives are relative prnuns, students further clarify the defining and pragmatic functins f attributive clauses and fcus n the experience f using attributive clauses t mdify and explain time, place and reasn.
    The mastery and skillful use f cnnectives as relative adverbs, prepsitins and relative prnuns attributive clauses will help imprve students' language understanding and applicatin ability, and prvide mre abundant infrmatin fr the time, place and reasn described.
    In rder t help students understand and master the use f attributive clauses f cnnective wrds as relative adverbs, prepsitins and relative prnuns, the textbk first presents attributive clauses in reading and listening texts fr students t bserve, experience and analyze again. Secndly, the textbk extracts the sentence structure f cnnectives as relative adverbs, prepsitins and attributive clauses f relative prnuns t help students cmplete the sentence cnstructin independently. The textbk als prvides a shrt passage n freign language learning. Students shuld fill in the apprpriate cnnectives t clarify their usage. The task chain in the textbk cvers all aspects f language learning, frm perceptual attentin t internalized applicatin and transfer and innvatin. These tasks create real situatins fr language use, which lays a slid fundatin fr students t flexibly use attributive clauses in cmmunicatin and achieve cmmunicative gals.

    The English level f the students in this class is medium. Students have sme understanding f the basic attributive clauses, but d nt knw much abut the restrictive attributive clauses using relative adverbs when, where, why; It is als difficult t use attributive clauses crrectly in written expressins. Use reference bks less and learn the grammar f relative attributive clauses by yurself. Summarize the frm and basic usage f relative attributive clauses in grups.
