Over the curse f mre than 250 years, the US Pstal Service has gne thrugh many changes, including switching its fcus frm newspapers t package delivery service.
In the early 1830s, the Pstal Service fcused n delivering newspapers t keep Americans infrmed and cnnected. T keep newspaper subscriptins cheap and accessible, the Pstal Service charged high prices fr letter pstage—as much as a full-day’s wages.
