4.在谈论季节时,欣赏美丽的大自然。
【教学重难点】
1.教学重点
(1)能用“Hw many …are there in…?”询问一年有几个季节,并用“There are…”做出回答。
(2)能够理解、认读词汇seasn。
2.教学难点
(1) 问句“Hw many seasns are there in a year?”中的are there不能丢掉。
(2)There are与they are的发音。
【教学准备】
教学场景图、若干四季图片、单词卡片(seasn、spring、summer、autumn、winter)、PPT课件、人物头饰、对话录音、小韵文。
【教学过程】
导入
1.T: Tday we are ging t learn Unit 6 Which seasn d yu like? First, let’s play a guess game, a wrd guess game.
教师出示两组春夏秋冬的图片,让学生来猜“季节”这个单词。因为是seasn是本节课所要学习的新单词,因此教师应把重点放在学生对这一抽象单词的理解上,可以启发学生用汉语说出“季节”这一单词。
2.如果两组图片过后,学生还是不能理解seasn的含义,PPT播放Lessn 23小韵文Spring is bright, with flwer and sng. Summer is ht, and the days are lng. Autumn is rich, with fruits and grain. Winter brings snw, and a new year again.
T: What d yu hear in this chant? D yu hear spring/summer/autumn/winter?
S: Yes.
T: Spring/summer/autumn/winter is a seasn, s there are fur seasns in a year, yes?
S: Yes.
通过PPT重复呈现两组春夏秋冬的图片,并在4张图片的中间标出“seasn”一词。
T: Hw many seasns are there in a year, bys and girls?
S: Fur (在此环节,学生肯定会简单回答fur,教师要引导学生将句子补充完整There are fur,并纠正学生th和There are的发音) .
设计意图:通过展示四季图片,观看韵文的形式,让学生直观理解seasn的含义,理解和掌握本单元的核心词汇。
新授
1.Listen and say
(1)PPT出示第一幅主题图,引导学生仔细观察图片,并提出问题:
①What can yu see in the picture? (I see Lala/ Kate/a sheep….)
②Hw many sheep are there? (There are five.)
③Can yu guess what’s Lala saying?
以师生问答的形式,来引导学生了解对话背景,猜测对话内容。如果学生对第③个问题的猜测是正确的,播放录音核对答案;如果学生猜不出Lala会说些什么,播放录音后再让学生回答这个问题。
(2)听录音,理解对话。
听第一遍对话,回答:
①What’s Lala saying? (Hw many seasns are there in a year? 学生回答后,播放录音,请学生跟读模仿)
②Hw many seasns are there in a year? (There are fur.)
板书:Hw many seasns are there in a year?
There are fur.
听第二遍对话(listen, watch and repeat),回答:
There are fur seasns in a year, what are they? (They are spring, summer, autumn, and winter.)
PPT出示小羊手中的4幅图片,请学生认读spring, summer, autumn, winter四个单词;然后将seasn, spring, summer, autumn, winter五个单词贴在黑板上,随机指读。
(3)听录音跟读模仿,重点跟读There are fur,They are spring, summer, autumn, and winter,区分There are与they are的发音。
(4)练习对话,由教师、男生、女生分角色表演对话。
(5)拓展练习。
T: There are fur seasns in a year, they are spring, summer, autumn, and winter. Which seasn d yu like? D yu like summer? D yu like autumn? Next, let’s enjy a chant.
Summer is ht, we have n schl.
Autumn is cl, we g back t schl.
T: D yu like summer? D yu like autumn?
S: I like ….
T: Yu like …, because …, yes?
Nw let’s listen t the tape, and tell me which seasn d Lala and Kate like, OK?
(6)听录音,理解对话,回答问题。
播放第一遍录音,请学生回答:
①Which seasn des Lala like? Lala likes spring, summer, autumn r winter? (Lala likes summer.)
②Hw abut Kate? (Kate likes winter.)
听第二遍录音,跟读并回答:
①Why des Lala like summer?(Because the sky is blue. The grass and leaves are green. )
②Why des Lala like winter? (Because Kate likes the white snw.)
答句对于学生来说不是太好理解,教师可出示图片辅助学生理解;同时将blue, green, white这三个表示颜色的单词在图片中呈现出来,帮助学生更好理解句子。
(7)打开课本,逐句播放录音,让学生跟读。
(8)同伴练习对话,分角色朗读对话。
2.Rle play
(1)小组内练习两组对话。
(2)请学生戴着头饰进行角色扮演。学生可在两组对话之间任选一个进行表演。教师要及时纠正学生的语音、语调,注意there are、they are的发音,并对完成较好的小组进行奖励。
3.Listen,lk and learn
(1)出示四季图片,师生问答:
T: Lk at the picture, hw many seasns are there in a year?
S: There are fur.
(2)出示日历图片,回答:
T: Hw many days are there in a week? (帮助学生回忆Mnday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
S: There are seven.
(3)出示二十四小时手表图片,回答:
T: Hw many hurs are there in a day?
S: There are twenty fur.
(4)跟读对话。
(5)在三幅图片中任意选取一幅图片,请学生进行问答。
反馈
(1)情境模拟训练1
PPT出示动物园照片,带领学生去动物园游玩。让学生使用句型“Hw many … are there in…? There are … .”进行问答。
T:Nw it’s summer. The weather is nice, let’s g t a z. Ww, there are s many animals.
Hw many mnkeys/lins/tigers/elephants are there in a z?
There are….
(2) 情境模拟训练2
PPT出示农场照片,让学生去摘水果。
T:Nw it’s autumn. Let’s g t a farm.
Hw many apples/pears/ptates are there in the farm?
There are….
(3)T: We g t a z in summer, and we g t the farm in autumn. Nw, let’s see what ther children d in summer and autumn.
出示两幅韵文图片;播放韵文,学生整体感知;小声跟读韵文;大声朗读韵文;起立,拍手表演韵文。
