一、目标：

1. 识记：熟练识记本单元单词表上所有单词和短语；常见动词的过去式，尤其是不规则动词的过去式。

2. 理解：理解连词unless(=if …not),as soon as, so…that的用法；不同类型的文章在表达方式上的差异。

3. 运用：能够用英语询问故事的开始、发展及后续等；在句子中正确运用连词unless(=if …not),as soon as, so…that.

4. 教材中的重点固定搭配

instead of, turn…into, once upon a time, fall in love (with…), get married to sb.=marry sb. , a little bit, work on, remind sb of sth./doing sth., remind sb to do sth

2. 语法：连词[来源:Z+xx+k.Com]

(1) unless是连词，意为“除非；如果不”，引导条件状语从句，含有否定意义，相当于if ... not 。

We’ll go to the concert unless it rains. = We’ll go to the concert if it doesn’t rain. (“主将从现”)

(2) as soon as是连词词组，引导时间状语从句，意为“一……就……”,例如：

   My brother will look for a job as soon as he leaves school. (“主将从现”)

(3) so ... that表示“如此……以至于……”，常用于引导结果状语从句。如:

   He was so excited that he couldn’t say a word. （=He was too excited to say a word.）

   It is so interesting a book that many people want to buy it.

五、复习过程

一）、教材目录（Contents）:

1. 词汇复习：Vocabulary & Recycling..

学生把本单元词汇(两个栏目，包括新词和复习词汇)认真过一遍，把不认识的或已经忘记的单词勾出来，课后把这些已勾出的单词分单元誊写在笔记本上（注明词性和词义，如能要求学生造句则效果会更好），再利用早读和课外时间加强记忆，直到能默写出来为止。教师如能安排时间督促、抽测、听写，则效果会更好。

2.  句型复习：学生齐读或分组朗读本单元Target language.并能准确翻译所有的目标语言。（可点名要求中等/中下学生翻译）同时划出包含本单元所学连词的从句。

3. 语法复习:

1) 利用目标语言对连词as soon as, unless, so… that…的用法做一个简要的复习与归纳：（具体见上面的知识梳理—语法,要避免枯燥的语法讲解，以中考考纲为指南适时点拨即可，重点放在练习上，通过练习可发现疑难点，藉此巩固和强化词汇、句型和语法点）

2) 还可以给学生三个例句让他们通过反复诵读牢记例句：

① The game will go on unless it rains.=The game will go on if it doesn’t rain.

②Mr Green will write to me as soon as he gets there.

③ Bill played so well that everyone cheered him.

3)语法巩固练习：（用小黑板或投影仪展示给学生）

根据句意及所给汉语提示完成句子：

① You may have some bread _______________(我们一到家)

② I can’t leave here________________(除非他允许我离开)

③ He spoke so fast ____________(我们几乎跟不上他)=He spoke too fast for us to follow.

4）学生基础好的班级还可以拓展一下：

① He is so weak a man that he walks slowly.

② So that 意为“以便，为了”，引导目的状语从句。如：Bill works hard so that he can go to a good high school.

5. 课文复习，要求学生课后有计划地通读每单元2d的对话以及Section A(3a),Section B(2b)的课文，相互讨论重难点句子的理解，也可以查阅相关资料。
