    Teaching the new lesson

    新课呈现(Presentation)

    1. Get students to say out the types of music and try to talk about feature of each by using some adjectives and phrases.
    2. Write down some useful expressions.
    3. Choose one students to express his/her favorite music and reasons by using two simple sentences.
    4. To combine the two sentences by using the attributive clause.
    5. Briefly introduce the attributive clauses, antecedents, and related words in the sentence.
    6. Choose several to express their favorite and try to combine simple sentences into compound sentences.
    7. Simply practice the basic structure of attributive clauses.

     

    听力训练Listening

    1. Get students to read the dialogue in the pictures and circle the sentences they agree with.Ask some students to share their answers.
    2. To simply introduce the characters and synopsis of the conversation they may hope to listen.
    3. Get students to look at the form to catch the purpose of the task.
    4. Play the tapes for the first time for students to catch the main idea.
    5. Play the tapes for the second time and get ask students to mark the information in the form.
    6. Listen again and repeat the dialogue after the tapes.
    7. Explain the conversation sentence by sentence and check the answers together.

    1. Get students to read the dialogue in 1c and translate the sentences into Chinese.
    2. To give several minutes for students to make their own conversation with their partners.
    3. Ask several groups to act out their works in front of the class.
