Step I Warm-up
Memory game ---What does this sign mean?
T asks Ss to look at the signs and say their meanings.
设计意图: 通过记忆游戏,让学生在轻松的氛围里回顾所学知识。
Step II Presentation
Language Practice
Grammar A: Giving instructions
T: Observe the following examples carefully. What can you find?
T shows the sentence structures.
T explains some grammar points and asks Ss to do some exercises to consolidate what they have learned.
Grammar B: if 从句 + 祈使句

Step III Practice
Activity 1
1. Ss match the signs with the rules individually.
2. Check the answer as a whole class.
Activity 2
1. T chooses some Ss to say the rules and then every S writes down the rules.
2. Check the answers in pairs.
3. Translation.
(1) 过来看猴子展览!
(2) 不要越过那条绳子!
(3) 禁止入内。
(4) 不要无礼!
(5) 不必担心。
(6) 禁止拍照。
设计意图: 通过多种形式的练习,学生继续巩固本单元语法的用法。
Activity 3
1. Ask Ss to complete the sentences with the correct form of the words in brackets.
2. Check the answers as a whole class.
Activity 4
1. Ss complete the sentences with their own ideas.
2. Ss say their ideas to their partner.
3. T chooses some Ss say their ideas.
Activity 5
1. Ask Ss to look through the passage quickly first.
2. Let Ss ask and answer questions about the museum.
3. Have Ss write some advice for visitors. Use If.
设计意图:通过练习,锻炼学生的英语综合运用能力。
Step IV Exercise
1. Do some exercises to consolidate what they have learned.
(1) If you _______ (listen) to the music, ________ (buy) a CD.
(2) If he _______ (be) late for school, ________ (not wait) for him.
(3) Don’t swim in the lake, the sign says “No ________ (swim)”.
2. T shows some exercises from the senior high school entrance examination and lets Ss finish them. Then check the answers in the whole class.
设计意图:通过练习以及让学生看近年中考题巩固祈使句的知识点,在体验中考题型的过程中加深对该语法点的理解。
