一、教材分析
本课围绕学生喜欢的“体育项目”这一主题,引出相关的动词及动词短语,
学习如何表扬、评价、肯定与鼓励他人。主要语言结构为: You can jump really high. You are very good at basketball. You can catch the ball well. Lingling is a fantastic goalkeeper.
二、教学目标:
1、通过学习,能够牢固掌握catch the ball, jump high,pass the ball, run ,fast, fantastic goalkeeper 等与运动有关的短语
2、学会使用恰当的句型来评价他人,如: You can jump really high. You can catch the ball well 等。在小组合作学习中,使学生具备正确评价自己和评价他人的能力。
3、通过学习,培养学生学会欣赏和鼓励他人的良好品质。
三、教学重难点:
- 学习含有情态动词can的陈述句和一般疑问句及其回答。
- 准确运用can来肯定他人活着自己的能力以及理解课文内容。

Step 1 Warming up
- Greetings.
- Enjoy a video about the football game.
Free talk:
T: The 2022 World Cup is being held in Qatar. I like football very much. I’m a Portuguese fan.
T: Do you like football ?
Ss: .....
T; Do you want to be in a football team ?
- (PPT show some pictures)
T:Look,he is a goalkeeper. He is a fantastic goalkeeper. (Teach the new words: fantastic, goalkeeper)
He can jump really high.
T: Who can jump high?(学生动作展示,并练习这个短语)
T: He can catch the ball well . (动作演示,教短语)
Picture 2 T:Look at Messi. He can run fast. He can pass the ball well.
T: Can he play football well?
Ss: Yes, he can play football well.
T; He is good at football.
(将重点单词和短语:fantastic , goalkeeper, run fast , jump really high, pass the ball , catch the ball well 呈现并操练)
4.Can Lingling play football well? What does Lingling want to do ?
(1) Watch and answer: She wants to be in ________.
