Unit 8 A green world    Reading (2)一、教学目标1. 掌握重点词汇：plastic, separate, recycling, allow, punish, fine, limit, depend, rich, resource, wisely, produce, difference, cut down, depend on/upon, keep it that way, cost little, run out等。2. 掌握重点句型：It is a country with high mountains and clean blue lakes. Things like glass, plastic and paper are separated into different groups and then recycled. We depend on its rich resources to live. It is important for us to protect it wisely.  Remember that everyone can do something to make a difference. 3. 能够正确使用本课新单词和短语。4. 能用自己的话复述课文。5. 能认识到保护环境的重要性。

Guide Ss to compare and call on the students to do something to make a difference.【设计意图】通过图片对比，唤醒学生们的环保意识，应该为环境保护做点什么。Step 2 Pre-readingGuide Ss to talk about why Switzerland is so beautiful.【设计意图】通过图片导入主题，提高学生的环保热情，并复习瑞士的环保做法。Step 3 While-reading 1. Guide Ss to read the passage and complete the conversation.【设计意图】通过读后完成填空，帮助学生理解课文内容，并检查学生对重点词汇等的掌握程度，为后续的知识点讲解做准备。2. Guide Ss to work in groups to read and act out the conversation.【设计意图】通过朗读对话、表演对话，帮助学生内化吸收知识，培养合作精神，并锻炼口语表达能力。Step 3 Post-reading 1.
