S I arrived at schl early this mrning t practise with my grup. Our prject is abut using bacteria (细菌) t eat plastic. Unfrtunately, when it was my turn t speak, I was s nervus that I chse the wrng music n my MP3 player. S instead f Mzart I was listening t my dance cllectin. The prblem is that when I have dance music n the headphnes I can’t stp myself talking in the same rhythm (节奏) as the music. S it just sunds like I’m rapping (说唱)!
Mst peple in schl had never heard me speak befre. They were really surprised when I started ding a rap abut bacteria that eat plastic. I culd see they were laughing at me. But when I finished they all std up and cheered.
After we finished, everyne wanted t knw me. They didn’t knw abut my secret use f the music n my headphnes, s they just thught I was a great rapper! I checked my phne at lunchtime and I’ve gt 187 new friend requests!

Acting is all abut charm, respect, hnr, and all that fame stuff, right? Wrng. Maybe when yu’re a big star yu’ll get all f that, but it’s a different stry fr the rest f us. As a nrmal and unknwn actr, here’s a typical day n a film set.
Yesterday my alarm clck went ff at 5:20 AM. I had a call time f 7:00 AM and the filming place was far. I gave myself time fr a shwer and an hur’s drive t the set, plus an extra 10 minutes fr safety. The mrning traffic was slw as usual but I managed t get there n time.
The directr and crew (工作人员) were already there, setting up the scene. Then I talked with the directr and fund ut that he’d changed the lines that I had stayed up until 1:00 AM memrizing the night befre. We rehearsed (排练) the scene several times, and then they excused me frm it while the crew cntinued setting up the lights. Nrmally I’d stay and hang ut, but I needed t memrize the new lines s I went t my truck. Abut twenty minutes later a prductin assistant kncked n my dr.
We gt t act and I stepped up t my psitin. “Rll Cameral” … “Actin!” I started t say my lines… “Cut!“ After a few mre takes, it was time t mve n.
Was there applause (掌声)? Cngratulatins? Of curse nt. This is a film, nt theater.
