设计说明

首先通过单元末的歌曲导入新课，接着复习本单元的新学单词、短语和句型，完成课本Building Your Vocabulary部分的习题。然后，讲解语法——冠词的用法，并通过教材中的Grammar in Use部分进行练习。接着进行听说训练，达到学以致用的目的。最后，处理自我检测和当堂达标。整个设计遵循“单词——短语——句型——语法”的顺序，讲练结合，并把听说融入其中，穿插进行，浑然一体。

冠词

一、概述

冠词主要放在名词之前，是修饰表示人或事物的名词的一种虚词，它不能离开名词而单独存在。冠词有不定冠词a，an和定冠词the。

a用于读音以辅音音素开头的单词之前，an用于读音以元音音素开头的单词前。the是定冠词，在读音以辅音音素开头的单词前读/ðə/，在读音以元音音素开头的单词前读/ði/

二、不定冠词的用法

1.泛指某类人或事物。

A parrot can talk like a person，but it can’t think like a person.

鹦鹉可以像人一样说话，但不能像人一样思考。

2.表示数量“一”的概念。

A hundred people attended this meeting. 100人参加了这次会议。

3.单位数量的“每一”。

Take three pills a day and you’ll get better soon.

每天吃三片药，你很快就会好些的。

三、定冠词the的用法

1.指双方都知道的人或事物。

Give me the book，please. 请把那本书给我。

2.特指的或上文提到过的人或事物。

There are some dogs on the farm. The dogs are very lovely.

农场里有一些狗，这些狗很可爱。

Do you know the boy in blue? 

你认识穿蓝衣服的那个男孩吗？

3.表示世界上独一无二的事物。

There is no living thing on the moon. 月球上没有生命。

4.用在姓氏复数前表示一家人或夫妻俩。

The Greens are preparing for the coming Thanksgiving Day.

5.用在单数可数名词前表示一类人或事物。
