设计说明 首先, 借助图片让学生回顾他们所知道的节日;接着,复习本单元的重要单词和短语。处理教材中相应的练习题。然后,讲解语法——名词所有格和when引导的时间状语从句,并处理教材中相应的练习题。接着是听说练习,教会学生在听的过程中提取关键信息,有重点地听。最后,编有关购物的对话,鼓励学生进行语言输出;通过综合应用,锻炼学生的语篇理解及判断能力;当堂检测所学内容,检查学生的掌握情况。 教学目标 通过本课节的教学,让学生达成以下目标: 1.知识目标 掌握本单元新学的单词、短语和句型; 掌握本单元的语法:名词所有格;when引导的时间状语从句。 2.能力目标 (1) 能够读懂有关节日的文章; (2) 能够正确运用本单元学的交际用语描述节日相关的内容。 3.情感目标 依托重要节日,培养学生的亲情观。 重点难点 1.重点: 掌握本单元新学的单词、短语和句型。 2.难点: (1) 能够正确运用本单元所学交际用语描述节日相关的内容。 (2) 掌握本单元的语法:名词所有格;when引导的时间状语从句。 教学准备 PPT课件;与本课节相关的音频。 授课时数 1课时 教学过程 Step 1 Lead-in 1. Review the festivals the students know. (1) Let them work in groups and talk about what festivals they will celebrate with their families. (2) Show some festival pictures to give them some hints.

Answers: festival; home; grandparents; celebrate; dinner; moon Step 4 Grammar 一 名词所有格 Explain the usage of the Possessive Case. 1. 名词所有格的概念:表示有生命特征的名词的所属关系,意为“……的……”。 2. 构成和用法: A. 一般情况下,在单数名词和不以-s/-es结尾的复数名词的词尾直接加“-’s”。 the boy’s book 这个男孩的书 the children’s food孩子们的食物 B. 以-s结尾的复数名词,只在词尾加“’”。 my friends’ bags我朋友们的包 C. 并列名词表示各自所有时,在每个名词后都加“-’s”,且后接复数名词。表示共同所有时只在最后一个名词加“’s”,且后接单数名词。 Tom’s and Mike’s fathers汤姆的父亲和迈克的父亲(俩人各自的父亲) Tom and Mike’s father汤姆和迈克的父亲(俩人共有的父亲) D. 一些表示日期、时间、距离、国家名称的无生命特征的名词,也可加“-’s”构成所有格。 a ten-minute’s walk步行十分钟的路程 E. 表示店铺,某人的家,私人开的诊所、餐馆等,其所有格后的名词可以省略。 at Tom’s在汤姆的家里 二 when引导的时间状语从句 1. 概念: 时间状语从句是在复合句中表示主句动作发生时间的状语从句。 2. 用法: when引导时间状语从句时,意为“当……的时候”,when既可以指时间段也可以指时间点,从句中既可用延续性动词也可用非延续性动词。动作既可与主句的动作同时发生,也可在主句的动作之前或之后发生。 3. 位置: when引导的时间状语从句可放在句首,也可放在句尾。 Sorry, I was out when you called me.抱歉, 你打电话时我刚好出去了。 When he finished his homework, he took a short rest. 当他完成作业后,他休息了一小会儿。 When we were dancing, a stranger came in. 当我们跳舞时,一位陌生人走了进来。 How can I get a job when I can’t even read or write? 我连读和写都不会,我怎么能找到工作呢? 【注意】当主句为将来时或含有将来意义时,时间状语从句用一般现在时表将来。 We will hold a party for him when he comes back. 他回来的时候,我们将为他举行一个聚会。
