示例：假定你是李华，想请外教Henry一起参观中国剪纸 (paper-cutting) 艺术展。请给他写封邮件，内容包括：1. 展览时间、地点；2. 展览内容。注意：1. 词数100左右；2. 可以适当增加细节，以使行文连贯。 
Step I 审题 确定 话题和体裁 根据话题分类记忆词汇，无论在阅读和写作中，都能快速激活话题图式。在阅读中能读懂，写作中有词写。而重视体裁，则更关乎的是语言的得体、地道以及文章的条理、结构是否清晰。
话题与体裁人与社会 —— 传统文化；应用文人称与时态第一人称为主；将来时为主要点与思路要点：1. 展览时间、地点；2. 展览内容。思路：文章思路很清晰，介绍展览的时间、地点和内容。
Step II 重要词汇1. an art exhibitin 艺术展an exhibitin f Picass’s wrk 毕加索作品展2. be interested in sth 对某事物感兴趣shw / feel / express (an) interest in sth 对某事物有兴趣
3. invite sb t a party  邀请某人参加派对invite sb t d sth 邀请某人做某事an invitatin t the party  参加派对的邀请receive / accept / turn dwn / decline an invitatin 收到 / 接受 / 拒绝 / 婉拒邀请
4. attend v 参加；出席 [正式用语]attend a wedding / cnference 参加婚礼 / 出席会议5. feature v以……为特色；以……为主The exhibitin features paintings by Picass. 这次展览以毕加索的绘画为主。6. braden ne’s hrizns 开阔某人的视野
Step III 基本句子 根据所给要点列出必须要有的句子，在此基础上适当补充。1. 我知道你对中国文化很感兴趣。I knw that yu’re very interested in Chinese culture.2. 我想邀请你和我一起参加这场艺术展。I’d like t invite yu t attend the exhibitin with me.
3. 这场展览将于6月6日至12日在西安市政大厅举行，为期7天。The exhibitin will be held frm June 6th t 12th, in the City Hall f Xi’an and it’ll last fr seven days.4. 这场展览以中国剪纸为主。The exhibitin features Chinese paper-cutting.
5. 这场展览展示了不同地区的多种剪纸。The exhibitin shws a variety f paper-cuts in different regins.6. 这场展览向我们呈现了中国剪纸的历史和发展。The exhibitin presents t us the histry and develpment f paper-cutting in China.
Step IV 表达提升提升表达的不仅是使用一些复杂或高级的语法结构，也包括语言的精炼、经济和得体。1. I knw that yu’re very interested in Chinese culture.2. I’d like t invite yu t attend the exhibitin with me.Knwing that yu shw great interest in Chinese culture, I’d like t invite yu t attend the exhibitin with me.
分析：两句可合并为一句，将句1改为现在分词作状语；be interested in为基础表达，学生习惯用此结构表达“对……感兴趣”，可改为用名词interest的短语表达此意。另外，因为写信的对象是老师，“参加”用attend (正式用语) 表示，以示尊敬。

Step V 加衔接词，补充细节 句与句之间加入适当的衔接词，使行文流畅自然。常见的有表并列r, then, next等；表递进what’s mre, besides等；表因果since, nw that, therefre等；表转折while, even thugh等；表总结in a wrd, generally speaking等；……
(一)  改 (根据高考评分标准，找出同学文章中的问题)1. 要点是否齐全2. 段落或句子之间的层次是否清晰3. 连接词使用是否恰当4. 有无词汇、语法错误
