    4 How Long Will You Stay There?

    (第一课时)

    一、教材内容:本课选自EEC小学英语实验教材五年级下册第四课。本课的句型如下:

    Are you ready to go? Not yet. Let me check my list. Did you take your raincoats and umbrellas? Don’t worry, Mom. I’m ready to go. Oh, I forgot the camera. Who has the camera? I have the camera. OK. Let’s go to the airport.

    二、教学目标:

    1、学会说拥有的东西。

    2、听,说教学法以及电教手段。

    3、让孩子意识到做事要有规划

    三、学情分析:本课的教学对象是小学五年级的学生,他们已经具有一定的英语 基础、学习方法和学习习惯。这个年龄的学生的思维愈加的成熟起来,他们对于简单的重复已经没有太大的兴趣,更重要的是不利于学生英语思维的养成。所以在本课中设计了大量的活动增加学生表达的机会,充分发挥学生资源,结合学生身边的生活经历,让学生在课堂上用英语表达自己的真情实感,有效地养成英语思维的习惯。

    四、教学重点:句型的熟练掌握。

    五、教学难点:对所学知识进行整合,在实际生活中应用。

    六、设计理念:五年级的学生已经具备了一定的语言基础,也掌握了初步运用英语进行交流的能力。在教学中我主要采用了任务型教学、多媒体展示、小组合作探究等教学方法,让学生通过听说唱做和演等多种渠道来感知语言,理解语言。

    S: I’m fine ,thanks.T: Ok, today let’s learn lesson4 “How long will you stay there?”

    T: Now ,first let’s sing a happy chant together,and try to do the actions .

    S: Try to have a happy chant together.

    review:

    T: look at the screen, That is beautiful scenery of Wonder Land .

    I’m going to visit Wonder Land.

    T: I have so many tickets . Do you want to go with me?

    Ss:Yes.

    T: Now, let’s do the words game .If you win the game you can get it .

    (小组之间竞赛背单词,看哪组同学能够全部过关。过关的同学可以优先拿到去温德星球的机票。)

    New lesson:

    T: Today Sandy’s family is going to Wonder Land. Let’s listen what are they talking about?

    T: They are very busy. They are preparing for the trip. (According to the tape the teacher guides the students to understand the text)

    T: Listen to the tape carefully and try to answer teacher’s questions.

    S: Listen to the tape carefully and try to answer questions.

    T: Call one to read the whole test, and let the follow her.

    S: Read it after the girl together.

    Now read the text by yourselves, then answer the question.(根据孩子回答随机完成板书)

    T: Every team will read one sentence in order.

    S: Every team try to read it better!

    T: Now let’s have a competition. Four games:

    1.More times.

    2.High voice and low

    voice.

    3.Make a “trick”

    4.Listen and do(通过比赛对动作和短语进行反复操练)

    (第二课时)

    一、教材内容:本课选自 EEC 小学英语实验教材五年级下册第四课。本课的句型如下:Good morning. Can I see your tickets, please ? OK .Here you are. How long will youstay in Wonder Land ? For 2 weeks. Are these three pieces your luggage? Yes, theyare. OK. Here are your boarding passes, Mr. Taylor. Thank you.

    1、学会表达关于时间长短的问答。

    2、听,说教学法以及电教手段。

    3、让孩子意识到做事要有规划

    三、教学重点:句型的熟练掌握。

    四、教学难点:对所学知识进行整合,在实际生活中应用。

    T: OK, good .now let’s recite the dialogue together.

    S: Recite it together.

    T: Boys and girls , Let’s play a game , ok ?

    S: Ok .

    T: If answered correctly , it will be a beautiful gift . The name is which city is it . (出示屏幕出现选择题,请同学们自由选择题目来回答。如果学生答对,教师将奖励一张去该城市的票。)

    感知发音,猜测词义,感知拼写。

    练习句型 Can I ? : 我能 ?请求允许的表达方式。

    How long 多长时间

    回答: For 2 weeks . (教师可依次提问)

    (为了进一步巩固新知,教师利用课件出示几幅城市和国家的图片,让学生任意选择来进行问答练习。)

    3、出示行李讲单词 luggage 一件用 piece ,两件以上 pieces

    Are these three pieces your luggage ?Are these ? (是指的东西是两件以上的)回答 Yes , they are .是的。 No, they are not.不,不是。

    要上飞机了,还要有凳机卡。

    4、出示凳机卡学习单词 boarding pass

    Here are +复数名词:在这儿

    Here are boarding passes .

    准备完毕就可以坐飞机你想要去的地方了。(祝你们玩得开心,旅行愉快。)

    5、Look and listen .On page 50 ,there are four pictures . look at the pictures and

    think about the situation.

    T: Today Sandy’s family is going to Wonder Land. Let’s listen to the tape and try

    to listen what are they talking about?

    1) What does the clerk say ?

    2)How long will Dad stay in Wond Land ?

    3)Are these there pieces their luggage ?

    4)What does the clerk give Mr.Taylor ?

    T:They are very busy. They will be checked for the tickets (according to the tapethe teacher guides the students to understand the text)

    T:Pay attention to the Chinese meaning, and try to write it on the book quickly.

    S: OK!listen to the tape carefully. And write it quickly.

    一、教材内容:本课选自EEC小学英语实验教材五年级下册第四课。本课的句型如下:

    Who has my umbrella? I have your umbrella. Who lives in Japan? My pen pal lives there.Who ate my cake? Tino ate the cake. Who bought this knapsack? Sandy bought it forTino.How long will you stay in Beijing? We’ll stay here during the holidays.

    二、教学目标:

    1、学会练习以 who 和 how 开头的疑问句。

    2、听,说教学法以及电教手段。

    3、引导学生拓展语言思维与口语表达能力。

    三、教学重点:句型的熟练掌握。

    四、教学难点:对所学知识进行整合,在实际生活中应用。

    五、教材分析本单元学习出门旅行时使用的日常用语,涉及制定旅行计划、准备旅行用具以及旅行过程中一系列行为的用语。通过本单元的学习还要让学生懂得旅行时要做好周密的计划和准备。本节课是让学生通过扩展学习,在复习前一课时学过的内容以及提高听力能力的同时,扩展学习与前一课时中的重点内容相关的内容。
