One might expect that the ever-grwing demands f the turist trade wuld bring nthing but gd fr the cuntries that receive the hliday-makers. Indeed, a rsy picture is painted fr the lng-term future f the hliday industry. Every mnth sees the building f a new htel smewhere. At the same time, turists are being encuraged t respect nt nly the cuntryside they visit but als its peple.
The way turism is handled in the next ten years will decide its fate and that f the cuntries we all want t visit. Their needs and prblems are mre imprtant than thse f the turist cmpanies. Increased understanding in planning wrld-wide turism can preserve the market fr these cmpanies. If nt, in a few years’ time the very things that attract turists nw may well have been destryed.

B.They have t please the turists fr a living.
C.They have t struggle fr their independence.
