PDSA Cycles were applied during the develpment f the Healthy EnviROnments (HEROs) Self-care interventin t imprve and verify (证实) interventin cmpnents including cntent, delivery methds, and digital strategies.
Outcmes, Measures and Analysis
By grup r individual interviews, three cycles f grup and/r individual interviews prvided insights int interventin cmpnents : Cycle I prvided input n prgram cntent: flw, activities, and materials; Cycle 2 prvided feedback n delivery methds : in-persn and vide cnferencing meeting strategies, etc. ; and Cycle 3 gathered infrmatin abut the feasibility (可行性) f digital strategies: website, iPad, etc. Data were cllected frm grup discussin ntes, and data frm each cycle was analyzed.
Results
In Cycle 1, areas fr imprvement included the additin f mindfulness activities, revisin f handuts fr literacy level, and additinal time fr grup discussin. Cycle 2 verified that cntent was acceptable t the target audience and delivery methds functined in rural areas. Cycle 3 verified that digital strategies were feasible.
