Heres Mnica and Bryan Davies had nly just trained as curiers (递送员) fr the charity Anthny Nlan when the crnavirus brke ut. The dctrs used up all treatments except a stem cell transplant frm a dnr. Thankfully a matching dnr was fund n the Anthny Nlan stem cell register and Helen had her transplant in March 2014. This time Helen made a gd recvery. She wanted t cntact her dnr, but strict annymity (匿名) rules prevent patients meeting their dnr fr tw years after the transplant.
As sn as she was allwed, Helen made cntact with her dnr Ben Ptts, frm Kent. They quickly became friends and she invited him t her wedding in September 2016.
After that, Mnica and Bryan decided t supprt Anthny Nlan and vlunteered t becme stem cell curiers when they retired and returned t England.
