    “Life lies n exercise”. Regular physical exercise is very imprtant t us, which can help us live lnger and mre healthily.
    Exercise is gd fr us t build ur strng bdies, s we must g t bed early, rise early and take mre exercises t keep fit.
    Exercise makes ur bdy strnger and mre flexible, which is als gd fr ur heart and bnes. It can keep us fit and keep ur bdy at an ideal health level, help reduce ur stress and make us feel well. At the same time, it can als help us reduce the risk f diseases, such as diabetes, heart disease and strke.
    When we enjy sprts, it helps us crdinate the different parts f ur bdies. Fr example, we must try ur best t crdinate the mvements f the arms, legs, eyes and brain when we play balls, therwise, we wn’t be able t d them better. Exercise als des well t the rgans in ur bdy. It can help the heart beat faster than usual and enlarge the bld vessels t prtect us frm heart attacks.
    It is well knwn, the rdinary mvements: like running, jumping, stretching and bending — are made by muscles. Muscles can als d many ther things: breathing air int ur lungs, making fd alng ur digestive tract and tightening ur bld vessels t raise bld pressure when we need mre pressure fr an emergency.
    When ur muscles are nt used, r nt used enugh, they will nt develp and grw prperly. They will sn becme flabby and weak, shrink in size, and lse the ability t d the jbs they were expected t d.
    Exercise makes the bnes, muscles, heart and lungs strnger. Experts believe that the physical exercise helps the brain learn new things and remember ld infrmatin better.
    T keep urselves fit, we had better take part in utdr sprts, then we will be clser t nature and can take in fresh air, and the beauty f nature will als keep us clear-headed, which is necessary fr ur health. Besides, sprts can speed up the circulatin f bld and help t excrete the wastes in the bdy. Sprts can als stimulate ur appetite and activate ur digestin. As a result, we can becme strng-bdied.
