新高考英语写作全攻略 专题09 投诉信投诉信的内容五花八门，每篇都不一样，但是主题可以分为两大类：1.表达在购物过程中的不满，可能是买到了质量不好的商品，写信要求退换货；或者是遭遇了不好的服务，写信给经理/报社表达不满。2.针对自己身边遇到的一些问题，比如家旁边开了个化工厂，对自己的切身利益造成了危害，写信给相关部门或媒体，除了表达不满以外，还要针对此问题，提出自己的意见/建议，希望得到妥善解决。Sample Model 01假设你是李华，两周前从某国外购物网站买了一部单反相机(SLR camera-a single lens reflex camera)，收到货物后，发现质量有问题，如：1.画质不太清楚；2.操作不简便；3.经常死机。期待的解决办法：1.退货退款；2.修理或调换。注意：1.词数100左右；2.可以适当增加细节，以使行文连贯的；3.开头语已为你写好。思维过程第一段：自我介绍＋交代投诉的内容[1]我是李华，你们的一个顾客，我写信投诉两周前在你们网站上买的一部单反相机的质量问题。I am Li Hua, one of your customers, writing to complain about some quality problems of the SLR camera I bought on your website two weeks ago.Sentence XVII.
