单元分析

Step 2. Pre-listening (1a)
1. Learn new words in 1a and try to understand the conversation.
2. Do 1a. Look at the picture in 1a, match the words with the pictures. Then check the answers.
3. Talk about what you can in front of the class.
Step 3. While-listening (1b)
1. Listen to the recording and number the conversations.
2. Check the answers.
Step 4. Post-listening (1c)
1. Practice the conversation in 1c with the partner.
2. Ss make their own conversations.

Step 1. Pre-listening
1. Look at the picture in 2a and think about the questions:
(1) What are the people probably talking about?
(2) What clubs can you see?
2. Read 2b and think about the questions:
(1) How many people are there?
(2) Can you guess what Mary can do?
(3) What club can Bob join?
Step 2. While-listening (2a, 2b)
1. Do 2a, listen to the conversations and circle the clubs, then check the answers with the class.
2. Do 2b, listen and complete the sentences, the check the answers with the class.
Step 3. Post-listening (2c, 2d)
1. Look at 2c and talk about what the people can do and the clubs they want to join.
(1) What club does Lisa want to join?
(2) She wants to join the …
2. Let some pairs act out their conversations.
3. Read 2d and answer the questions:
(1) What club does Bob want to join?
