1、知道冠词的用法及分类
1. 用法：冠词是虚词，放在名词之前，用来说明名词指的人或事物。它不能离开名词单独使用。2. 分类：
不定冠词：a 、an
2、掌握不定冠词的用法
(1) a和an均用在单数名词之前，表示泛指某一类人或事物。e.g.：Jhn is a student.(2)第一次提及某人或某物时，通常用不定冠词,相当于ne。e.g.： Lng lng ag there was an ld king wh had a very beautiful daughter.(3)表示“每一”的意思，常用于表示时间、速度、价格等意义的名词前，相当于every。例如：Take the medicine three times a day.(4)用于序数词前，表示“又一，再一”,相当于anther。e.g.：I have read the bks twice, but I want t read a third time.(5)抽象名词在某些情况下可以与不定冠词连用，表示“一种”“一场”“一个”等概念。 e.g.: It’s fun t have a chat with yu.

5）用在序数词和形容词最高级，及形容词nly， very， same等前面：Eg: I live n the secnd flr. 　 That‘s the very thing I’ve been lking fr it. 6）与复数名词连用，指整个群体：They are the teachers f this schl. (指全体教师) They are teachers f this schl.　 (指部分教师)
7）江河、海洋、山脉、群岛、沙漠等地理名词前：eg. the Pacific, the Yellw River8）用在某些由普通名词构成的国家名称、机关团体、阶级等专有名词前： the Peple‘s Republic f China the United States　 the Great Wall, the Summer Palace
9）用在表示西洋乐器的名词之前：　 She plays the pian.　她会弹钢琴。 10) 用在姓氏的复数名词之前，表示一家人：the Greens, the Brwns 格林一家人 (或格林夫妇)
