一、学情分析

该班级是农村初级中学的一个普通班，对于大多学生来说，接触英语倒是从三年级开始的，但是基础很不扎实，只有上了初中才真正开始学。学生的水平参差不齐，所以我在教学的过程中会尽量让所有学生都参与到活动中来。就必须采用分组合作的方式来激励其动起来好好学习。八年级的英语知识点在整个初中来说要点是最多的，所以学生学习任务重，精神较紧张，更加需要老师在课堂上运用生动活泼，形式多样的教学手段和游戏方法来激发学生的学习积极性和自信心。   

二、教材分析

     这个单元的学习是谈论身边的所有事情。旨在引导学生复习一般过去时和现在进行时，并且学会使用现在完成时来谈论事情。这个单元是灵活的、有兴趣的，所以学生学起来和老师教起来都是比较容易的。

三、教学目标设计

1、突出重点，突破难点：通过听力训练、句型展示、小组讨论活动等多种形式反复操练重点句型，巩固所学知识，提高灵活运用能力，通过操练和幻灯片展示帮助学生更好地领会语法。
    2、任务型教学法：倡导体验参与，培养自主学习能力。先创设语境让他们感知，然后在让他们自己归纳出虚拟语气的结构，这样他们就会有一种成功感，从而提高学习的兴趣。

本节课是一节活动课。教材设计贴近实际的话题和紧凑的听力和口语训练，通过谈论所在城镇各个地方存在时间的长久来学习现在完成时，做到从书中到生活中，从生活中学习书本知识。在掌握目标语言、提升学生听说能力的同时，增进对家乡、对祖国的了解和热爱之情。
