Suggestins t Keep Healthy保持健康的建议
Here are sme suggestins t keep healthy. Firstly, we shuld keep a gd md(保持好心情). Keeping a gd md can make us healthy and wealthy（富有的）. Secndly, we shuld have enugh sleep (拥有足够的睡眠) every day. Dn't stay up（不熬夜） at night and get up early in the mrning. Thirdly, we shuld have a gd eating habit, eating mre fruits and green vegetables, and eating less meat (吃少点肉) and n junk fd（不吃垃圾食品）. Besides, make sure that we dn’t smke and drink (不抽烟、不喝酒). In additin, we shuld wash hands befre meals (饭前洗手). What’s mre, when we are at hme, we shuld pen the windws t keep the air clean（开窗保持空气清新）. Last but nt least, d exercise every day . Please pay attentin t these pints, keeping a healthy bdy.
