Step 1 Warm-up
1.Greetings

T: What’s the weather like tday?

Ss: June, July, August.
T: Is yur birthday in June? Whse birthday is in June?

Step 2 Leading in
Oral English
Make a dialgue between the teacher and the students as belw:
T: When is yur birthday?
S1: It’s in May.
T: What d yu d n yur birthday?
S1: I usually eat a birthday cake.
Then let students talk abut their birthday in pairs.
出示课件：
T: Lk, wh is the by?
Ss: This is Oliver.
T: OK. It will be Oliver’s birthday. Listen t the tape and find ut what will Oliver have n his birthday?
教师播放Let’s try部分的录音，让学生对一般将来时态在听觉上有一个初步感知。
播放录音两遍，学生回答问题。
Step 3 Presentatin
1. Let’s talk
T: Oliver will be happy in autumn because his birthday will cme sn, he will eat a big birthday cake. Chen Jie will be happy in autumn t. Why? Nw watch the cartn and find ut the answer.
学生观看Let’s talk 动画片，找出答案: I like autumn. We usually have a schl trip in autumn.
此时，教师拿出准备好的单词卡片，教学生认读autumn, will, the Great Wall, 指导学生正确发音。
再次播放动画片，全班学生跟读对话。
T: Chen Jie will have a schl trip in autumn. When is it?And where will they g?
再次播放动画片，全班学生跟读对话。
T: Chen Jie will have a schl trip in autumn. When is it? And where will they g?
再次播放动画片，教师板书重点句型：
When is the trip this year?
It’s in Octber. We’ll g t the Great Wall.
课件展示the Great Wall, 简单介绍长城的有关知识（也可以请学生介绍）。
对课上积极回答的学生及时给予口头表扬，提高学生的学习积极性。
2. Let’s read and act
First, divide the class int tw grups. Bys read as Oliver, girls read as Chen Jie. Play the tape fr the students t read and fllw. Then, watch the cartn, ask the students t read it alud in pairs fr a few minutes.
教师巡视，指导朗读，随时为学生解决不明白的问题。
Finally, after the teacher acts ut the dialgue with ne student, call sme pairs t act ut the dialgue in frnt f the class. The better grups will get a prize, such as a stick picture.
Explain the imprtant and difficult language pints.引导学生通过句子总结归纳出一般将来时态的基本结构：主语+will+动词词组。
Step 4 Practice
1. Make dialgues
学生拿出自己制订的周末计划表，然后两人一组进行对话练习，替换Let’s talk中的时间和活动内容。
例如：
—What will yu d this weekend?
—I will pick apples.
—Where will yu g?
—I will g t farm.
2.分组练习
两人一组，做问答练习。
—When is Children’s day?
—It’s in June.
—What will yu d n Children’s day?
—I will sing a sng n the party.
3.Writing
学生四人一组讨论。
—What will yu d n Mther’s day?
—I will make a card fr my mther/ck/sing t her/say “Thank yu”/write her a letter…
并进行总结汇报，I will…She/He will…
随后，让学生根据自己的对话，写出自己在母亲节要为妈妈做的事情。教师适时对学生进行引导：父母工作很辛苦，孩子要体谅父母的苦心，在家帮助妈妈做一些力所能及的家务活。
最后，选几组表现优秀的学生在班内展示自己的对话，达到巩固所学知识的目的。
