    First f all, we shuld frm the gd habit f keeping early hurs. As the saying ges, early t bed and early t rise make a man healthy, wealthy and wise. In additin, we’re suppsed t take meals slwly and regularly, which cntributes t gd digestin and health. Last but nt least, it’s strngly recmmended that we shuld spare as much time as pssible t wrk ut.
