    The bank culdn't help as it wasn't a bank prblem. The human-resurce department at the cmpany that paid me was unable t help as I didn't have enugh details. I rang the bank again. Thankfully I had a sympathetic call peratr wh gave me a name, s I again rang the cmpany "Daniel" wrked fr.
    I expected the bank wuld cntact me t arrange t take the mney frm my accunt and repay Daniel. I heard nthing fr a mnth and the mney remained in my accunt when Daniel called, explaining he'd tried t get back his mney but had been unsuccessful as neither the bank nr his cmpany felt it was their errr. He had rung t ask if I culd speak t the bank, but after chatting fr a few minutes we realized we culd prbably fix this prblem urselves.
    We decided I wuld take the mney frm my accunt and he wuld pick it up frm me. Due t my busy jb I was unable t meet Daniel persnally but he left me a lvely bttle f wine in exchange fr what was rightfully his.
